Baked fish on

Description

Peel the carrots, slice into not-too-thick rounds, and lightly sauté in vegetable oil. Arrange in a layer on a baking sheet. Clean the fish (preferably grass carp), cut into portion-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and place on top of the carrot layer. Pour the juice of one lemon over the fish, drizzle a lattice pattern with mayonnaise. If desired, garnish with lemon slices made from the leftover lemon. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
