Fish in cheese batter

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. One of my favorite meals, hope you'll enjoy it too. For the batter, grate the cheese, add egg, mayonnaise, flour, salt, and mix well. Cut the fish fillet into pieces, dip into the batter, and fry in a generous amount of oil until golden brown. Serve immediately. The dish is ready to be served.
