Fish in sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I bake the fish on a baking sheet in the oven. Arrange it in a single layer. The fish juices mix with lemon juice and cream, creating a very delicious combination. I recommend using fresh fish fillet, not frozen, as the sauce won't be as tasty and aromatic otherwise. You can use either river or sea white fish. Serve hot.
