Fish in sour cream baked in the oven
Description
This is my favorite recipe. The fillets turn out very tender, and the lemon juice with chili pepper adds a special piquancy to the dish. I usually use any white fish: cod, halibut, or other. The fillets are best served with asparagus, rice, and vegetables.
