Fish in breadcrumbs with sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside. Crack an egg into a wide shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, seasoning, and olive oil. Dip tilapia fillets into the egg, shaking off excess, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, for 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, and horseradish; season with salt and pepper. Serve the fish sticks with the sauce and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
