Put the breadcrumbs into one plate, and in the second, mix the egg with pepper, seasoning, and salt.

Dip the washed and dried fish first into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs on both sides.

Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Place the crucian carp into it.
