
Fish in batter with mayonnaise
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Any type of white fish works well for this batter; boneless fillet is required. You can buy ready-made fish fillet or remove the bones yourself. This fish can be served with any sauce, a side of fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, porridge, or pasta. Serve hot.

Mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg with mayonnaise, and separately place the flour on a plate.

Wash the tilapia fillet and pat it dry with paper towels.

Dip the fish first in flour, then in the egg-mayonnaise mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. The crust will turn into a pleasant golden color, while the fish inside will remain juicy and tender.
