Fish in hot sauce

Description
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Season the fish inside and out with salt. Mix coriander with garlic, season with pepper, and rub the mixture inside the fish. If necessary, tie the fish at the opening with kitchen twine. Then place the fish on a piece of aluminum foil, pour oil over it, and wrap the foil around the fish. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until the fish is tender. While the fish is cooking, mix walnuts, lemon juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Place the fish on a serving dish and serve with the warmed sauce in a sauce boat.
