Fish in foil in the oven
Description
I'll use red fish from the salmon family. Baked red fish is a real treat for any gourmet. This dish can become the highlight of any festive table. Such fish is not only delicious but also healthy, and it's very easily digested! Nevertheless, salmon is certainly not an everyday fish. You can choose based on your taste or budget, simply opting for a fattier variety. Also, if you're using any white-meat fish, be sure to drizzle it with lemon juice before baking to eliminate any specific fishy odor. In any case, no matter which fish you choose, the result will be absolutely delicious.
