Description
The recipe won't take much time. This method of cooking fish in foil in an air fryer can be used with any fish, either whole or just fillets. If desired, potatoes can be replaced with other vegetables—such as sweet peppers, tomatoes, or zucchini. Serve hot.

1. The highlight of this recipe is the nuts. You can use peanuts, pine nuts, or any other nuts of your choice. For extra flavor, lightly toast the nuts in a dry skillet.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion and slice it thinly into half-rings. Combine with nuts and mix thoroughly. The recipe for cooking fish in foil in an air fryer can also be supplemented with other vegetables.
