Fish baked in the oven with sour cream

Description
Marinate the fish in sour cream with spices. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven (35 minutes). Then decorate the fish and serve. Good luck

Prepare the fish, sour cream, and spices. Be sure to scale the fish, remove the gills and innards. Rinse the fish inside and dry it.

Mix the sour cream with salt and Provence herbs.

Coat the fish with sour cream and spices on all sides (including the inside). Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Place the fish on foil. Make cuts.
