Fish stewed with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To cook fish stewed with potatoes, defrost the fish fillet in advance. I usually use hake fillet. Make sure it has no bones, removing any small ones with tweezers. You can use frozen peas, but take them out in advance and defrost as well. A dry white wine works perfectly—it's made to enhance the flavor of fish!) The finished dish can now be served.
