Baked fish with celery
Description
Fish lovers will appreciate the recipe I'm suggesting. In my opinion, sea bass is the best choice for this dish—minimal bones, excellent flesh, and just the right fat content. However, any non-small fish will work. You can use common, traditional vegetables, but celery will add an extraordinary aroma and enhance the flavor of the vegetables in the fish juices. Definitely worth trying.
