Fish with vegetables, baked in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In fact, this recipe is quite universal. Baked fish with vegetables in foil is not one of those dishes that require strict adherence to the recipe. If desired, you can freely adjust the proportions and choice of vegetables. You can use any type of fish— not only salmon, but also white fish or any other kind. The main thing is the cooking method, which I hope is now clear to you. I'd be happy to hear feedback from those who try preparing fish with vegetables baked in foil using this recipe :) Good luck! The dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

These are our vegetables. They need to be peeled, washed, and cut into small, even cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the fish thoroughly, then salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Step 3

All vegetables except beetroot should be sautéed in a pan over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring. Do the same with the beetroot, but separately—this is done to prevent the other vegetables from turning beet-colored.
- 4
Step 4

Place foil on a baking sheet and put the sautéed beet cubes on it.
- 5
Step 5

Place a piece of fish on the beet, and a slice of lemon on the fish.
- 6
Step 6

Finally, place the fried vegetable cubes on top.
- 7
Step 7

Cover everything with foil, forming a pouch. Bake for 15–20 minutes at 190 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.
