
Fish with onions
Description
Choose fillets of any white fish; in this recipe, it's tilapia. You can adjust the spiciness to your taste. Serve the fish with a complementary side dish, such as rice or bulgur. You'll enjoy this option if you like something unusual and spicy. The fish can be eaten right away or reheated later.

1. Wash the fish fillet thoroughly, then pat it dry.

2. Cut the fillet into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon of vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 minced garlic clove. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Lightly beat the chicken egg white and mix with the corn flour, add to the fish and stir.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the fish pieces. Fry for 3 minutes, then transfer onto a paper towel.
