Fish with lemon in the oven

The recipe won't take much time. I've prepared a recipe for you, which describes it. Serve hot.

Rinse the fish. Remove the bones by cutting the fish in half. Remove all excess inside.

Season the trout with salt and pepper. Place lemon slices in the center.

Wash the greens. Distribute them between the two carcasses, placing them on the lemon.

Cover the trout. Sprinkle oil on top. Place lemon slices over it. Transfer the fish onto parchment paper in a baking tray.

Bake the trout in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then leave it in the warm oven for a couple of minutes.
