    First, prepare the fish. Rinse the pieces and dry them, then rub them with salt on all sides and set aside.

    Prepare the marinade. Squeeze orange juice into a bowl, add mustard, white and black pepper to taste, minced garlic, rosemary to taste, and crushed garlic cloves. Place the fish into the marinade and let it sit for 30–50 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the side dish - mashed potatoes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil in salted water until tender. Once cooked, add butter and milk, then mash with a potato masher into a smooth puree.

    We will cook the marinated fish in a multicooker. To do this, brush it with olive oil, place the steaks into the bowl, and pour over the marinade. Turn on the "Stewing" mode and cook the fish for about 30 minutes.
