Fish in sour cream sauce baked in the oven
Description
I cook fish several times a week, trying different recipes to diversify my family's diet. This dish can even be served at a festive lunch—it's both delicious and healthy. For a more interesting flavor, I prepare the fish on a bed of vegetables: onion, carrot, and cauliflower, though you can use any vegetables you prefer. Serve the dish hot.
