
Fish in marinade classic recipe
Description
Any type of fish can be used for preparing fish in marinade. Earlier, using this recipe, I cooked mackerel, herring, and even crucian carp. But recently I bought Argentine hake and prepared it in marinade. It turned out very, very tasty! Of course, Argentine hake has quite a few bones, but the white flesh tastes simply excellent. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Clean the fish from scales and innards, and remove the head.

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, chop the onion into cubes.

Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl, add the fish. Turn on the deep frying mode for 10 minutes and cook until the program finishes.

Meanwhile, sauté the onion and carrots in a frying pan.

Add the sautéed vegetables, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices to the fish in the multicooker. Pour in water to cover the ingredients, set the stewing mode for 1 hour, and cook until the program finishes.

The fish in marinade is ready. It can be served hot or chilled.
