Fish under a stewed vegetable marinade
Description
Let's prepare fish with a stewed vegetable marinade at home. First, cut the cleaned pike-perch into portion pieces. Coat the fish in flour and fry until cooked through. To make the marinade: sauté onion and carrot in a pan, add tomato paste and water, then simmer for 10 minutes. Next, add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, cloves, and bay leaf. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Pour the hot marinade over the fish and serve. Alternatively, you can let the dish cool and refrigerate it, then serve it cold. Good luck!
