Fish with mushroom sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Fish with mushroom sauce is a great dinner treat. You can prepare any fish this way (for example: cod, flounder, salmon, or trout). The mushroom sauce adds a special piquancy. I personally prefer mushrooms sliced not too finely, so you can taste not only the mushroom flavor but also feel their texture. Serve hot.
