Suzdal-style fish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Suzdal-style fish turns out very tasty. You can use any fish for this dish, but fatty fish works best. Use only high-quality sour cream and a hard cheese that melts well. If you use homemade eggs, the dish will have a richer color due to the yolks. Serve hot.
