Polish-style fish in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Of all the possible ways to cook this dish, the recipe for Polish-style fish in a multicooker is probably the simplest. It's perfect for busy housewives who simply don't have extra time for culinary "refinements." That's why we won't be making the traditional sauce based on eggs, broth, and butter, which normally turns boiled fish into a real delicacy—instead, we'll just pour the fish fillet pieces with broth and melted butter, then sprinkle with chopped egg. And dill with lemon—optional. Polish-style fish is traditionally made with pike-perch, but in this case, any white, non-fatty fish will work. The finished dish can now be served.
