Minister's Fish

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. An inexpensive sea fish such as hake, pollock, or cod is perfect for this recipe—something delicious and affordable. During baking, the fish will absorb the sauce, as well as the juices from mushrooms and onions, becoming tender, juicy, and aromatic—you'll lick your fingers! Of course, for a festive occasion (and this dish will stand out even on a holiday table), you can use a more premium fish, such as salmon or my favorite—pike perch. As for mushrooms, they can vary too. Store-bought fresh firm mushrooms, like button mushrooms, will work just fine, but if you're lucky enough to gather or buy wild forest mushrooms, the dish will turn out incredibly delicious! So, here's how to prepare it. The finished dish is ready to be served.
