Chinese-style fish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I prepare this dish using salmon steak, but pink salmon or sockeye salmon will also work perfectly. It's a very simple recipe, and the secret to its well-balanced flavor lies in the marinade. Thanks to Asian seasonings, the salmon turns out delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sambal chili paste, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic. Mix well until the honey is dissolved.

Step 2
Wash the salmon fillet well, dry it, and cut into portion pieces. Pour the marinade over the fish and let it sit for 1 hour.

Step 3
Heat a skillet with sesame oil. Add the salmon together with the marinade and cook the fillets over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place the cooked fish on a plate. Evaporate the remaining liquid until reduced by half in volume.
