
Fish: pollock
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pollack is a fish with juicy, firm white flesh. It's low in fat and rich in protein, and bakes beautifully in the oven. With just a little time and simple ingredients, you'll have an excellent dinner. Serve the finished dish immediately.

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the fish carcasses, rinse and dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the fish in a baking dish.

Thinly slice the onion.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Lightly sauté the vegetables in butter.

Place the vegetables on the fish. Sprinkle with green onions.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.
