Pangasius fish in the oven
Description
Pangasius is most often sold already filleted (as fillets or pieces). The simplest way is to fry the fish in a pan. However, I prefer baking fish in the oven, as it retains its juices and is much healthier. This fish can be served with a side dish of potatoes, pasta, grains, or vegetables.
