
Boiled fish with Polish sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a delicious and light dish, despite the presence of butter. You can prepare it both for an ordinary day and for a festive table. Cooking boiled fish with Polish sauce at home is very easy. Any fish will work well for this dish, pairing perfectly with the light and slightly tangy sauce. I'll explain. Serve hot.

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, check for bones, and wash.

Now let's proceed to cooking the fish. You can simply boil it in a pot of water and use the fish broth for soup. Or you can cook it in a way that retains all the beneficial nutrients in the fish. To do this, boil the fish in a small amount of water in a frying pan. Pour half a cup of water into the pan, add a pinch of salt, and place the fish fillet in it.

Boil the fish for about 15 minutes over medium heat. You can flip it halfway through. Watch the fish carefully and don't miss the moment when all the water has evaporated.

Boil the eggs hard, cool them, and peel. Grate on a grater.
