Fish on the grill in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. No real picnic is complete without a campfire, grill, or barbecue. Today I'll tell you. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Cut the ultra-strong aluminum foil into 4 squares. Grease the foil with 1 tablespoon of oil or margarine.
- 2
Step 2
Place an equal amount of fish fillet on each square of foil.
- 3
Step 3
Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, then add lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and pour evenly over each fillet portion.
- 4
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish with paprika and top with thinly sliced onion.
- 5
Step 5
Carefully wrap the foil around the fillet, but not too tightly: the fish will expand in size during cooking.
- 6
Step 6
Place the fillet on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork. The dish is ready!
