
Grilled fish
Description
The fish won't burn on the grill if you wrap it in parchment paper, foil, or a newspaper soaked in water. Try this grilling method and enjoy the result.

1. Clean the fish, rinse with cold water, and dry with a paper towel.

2. Brush the fish with olive oil. Use a brush or rub the oil onto the fish with your fingers.

3. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.

4. Wash the parsley and lemon. Slice the lemon into rounds and coarsely chop the parsley. Place half of the chopped parsley in the center of the newspaper, then add some lemon slices on top. Place the fish on this bed of lemon and parsley.

5. Place the remaining parsley and sliced lemon on top of the fish.

6. Tightly wrap the newspaper with the fish and greens.

7. Moisten the "envelope" with fish in water.

8. Grill the fish for 20 minutes on each side. The newspaper may turn black, but the fish will be delicious. Unwrap and serve.
