
Grilled snakehead fish
Description
This fish is very easy to prepare. First, fry the cut pieces on a skillet on both sides. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Dogfish is usually sold already cut into steaks. This is a type of sea fish with firm white flesh. Its taste is somewhere between that of pollock and trout. Fish pieces should be cleaned of scales (usually the fish is pre-cut but not cleaned). Rinse the pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.

Salt and pepper, then sprinkle with lemon juice.

Preheat the grill pan well. Using a brush, coat it with vegetable oil. Place the pieces of fish on the pan and fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Place the cooked fish on foil folded into several layers. I shaped it like a boat.

Grate the hard cheese on a grater. Place it on top of the fish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then bake the fish for 10 minutes.

You can serve the fish right at the table in the foil.
