
Stuffed and baked fish
Description
It's always better to stuff sea fish, as it has fewer bones, making the cleaning and stuffing process quicker. This time, we'll skip the traditional pike and use mackerel instead. For preparing the stuffed and baked fish, take a bunch of parsley (you can also add some dill) and plenty of fish seasonings. Tarragon and ginger will also come in handy. See the recipe below.

Prepare the ingredients.

We clean and thoroughly wash the fish.

Rub the inside with spices, and season well with salt and pepper.

Sauté the onion, sliced into half-rings, with the tomatoes (not all of them—set aside some for garnish).

Place the potatoes in the baking dish; you can also put tomatoes at the bottom. Place the fish on top. Stuff it.

Sprinkle with more spices on top and you can spray with lemon juice.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Let the prepared stuffed and baked fish cool slightly before serving.
