Swordfish with caper sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven beforehand. Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides. Place the steaks on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the zest of one lemon and half of the pepper. Bake for 6 minutes. Flip, then sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest and pepper, and bake for another 4 minutes or longer, until cooked through. While the fish is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the capers, then remove from heat. Arrange the fish on plates and drizzle with a little of the caper butter. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot.
