Russian jam
Description
Here is a simple recipe for making Russian jam. You will need 1 kg of raspberries, 1 kg of sugar, and water. Prepare a syrup from sugar and water, then add the berries. The entire jam-making process involves alternating heating and cooling, which allows the sugar to penetrate the berries well. Good luck!
