Russian kvass
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This beverage has been valued for a long time. The resulting kvass is very tasty! The color of the kvass depends on the color of the croutons; just don't over-dry them, otherwise the drink will taste bitter. During fermentation, you can add a little more sugar, but don't overdo it, or the kvass will become strong. Enjoy the kvass with okroshka or simply as a chilled beverage.
