Russian Pancakes (Crepes)
Description
Russian blinchiki differ from bliny in thickness: blinchiki are thin, while bliny are thick. That’s the whole difference. I’ll share a recipe for authentic Russian blinchiki—tender, thin, and very tasty! They can be served with savory fillings or with sour cream, fragrant honey, or any homemade jam. A wonderful option for a tasty, filling breakfast for the whole family. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
