In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough. Sift the flour beforehand. In a separate bowl, combine the milk with melted butter, then beat in a raw chicken egg.

When the dough has doubled in size, divide it into two parts. Roll out the first part into a circle and place it in a baking pan. Then, take the second part and braid it, arranging it around the edge to form a rim. Place the filling in the center.
