Pork knuckle in Redmond multicooker

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. First, wash the pork hocks and dry them with a paper towel. 2. Place bay leaves, allspice, cloves, or any other spices and herbs you like on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. 3. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. 4. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic, then thoroughly rub this mixture all over the pork hocks. 5. Place the hocks into the multicooker bowl and pour in the kvass. If desired, you can use broth or just water instead when preparing pork hocks in a Redmond multicooker. 6. Set the "Stewing" mode for 2 hours. 7. When the program is nearly finished, mix honey with soy sauce. 8. Use a spoon to spread a little more than half of the resulting sauce over the entire surface of the hocks. 9. Turn on the "Multicook" mode for 20 minutes. 10. Then carefully flip the hocks over and brush them with the remaining sauce. 11. Turn on the "Multicook" mode again for another 20 minutes. That's it—your dish is ready to serve.
