Pork knuckle for the holiday table
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork knuckle can be cooked to be tender, juicy, and not too fatty. It needs to be cooked for a long time, but always over low heat, turning occasionally. Since knuckle is inexpensive, it's perfect for an affordable Sunday lunch for the whole family: baked in the oven with potatoes or vegetables, served with stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes, or salads. The knuckle can also be prepared in a pan or on the grill. The finished dish can be served at the table.
