Sweet rolls
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can certainly use ready-made yeast dough. But in this recipe, I'm sharing a very simple and quite quick version of yeast dough that doesn't need to be left to rest for hours. For the glaze, you can use lemon juice instead of water to give the baked goods a pleasant tang. The baking is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine half of the flour, yeast, 30 g of sugar, and salt. Melt the butter in milk over heat, pour it into the flour mixture, and mix. Then add the eggs, vanilla, and gradually add the remaining flour until the dough becomes elastic. Let it rest in a warm place for 10 minutes, then roll it out and cut into strips about 7-8 cm wide.
