Eggplant rolls with tomatoes
Description
Well, summer has finally begun, and that means we will no longer be short of the fresh fruits and vegetables we missed so much all winter. So I suggest making the most of this opportunity and preparing as many vegetable dishes as possible this summer—and here, to start, is one interesting and fairly simple recipe for eggplant rolls with tomatoes. Generally, any dish with eggplant turns out incredibly delicious, but these eggplant rolls with tomatoes are easiest to make at home. It is a very convenient dish, for example, when the whole family goes to the country house. You just go to the garden, pick some vegetables, and quickly put everything together—and your loved ones will undoubtedly be pleased with such a treat and will ask you to make it again and again. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
