Rolls with Roasted Pork
Description
This appetizer comes together quickly and easily. At home, I make several versions of tacos, and one of my favorites is with baked pork. In this recipe, the meat cooks slowly at a low temperature for a long time, becomes extremely tender, and literally melts in your mouth. The meat practically cooks itself. Even though the recipe takes a certain amount of time, you don’t really need to be involved much in the process. You can calmly put the pork in the oven during the day or in the morning, and in the evening quickly prepare the fillings and enjoy dinner. Serve the appetizer at the table.
