Cheese pastry rolls with apples
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Apples are the perfect filling for baked goods: turnovers, pies, buns, or rolls. The soft cottage cheese dough makes the pastry very tasty, somewhat reminiscent of shortcrust pastry. For making apple rolls with cottage cheese dough, I recommend using sweet apples; if you don't have them, add more sugar. You can also add honey to the rolls. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
