Ham Roll-Ups on Toasted Bread
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. 1. First, heat a skillet, place the bread slices on it, and toast them on both sides. 2. As for bell pepper, you can use it fresh, or marinated, for example, or roasted. Slice the pepper into thin strips. 3. Place a slice of ham and spread cream cheese over it in an even layer. If desired, add a pinch of pepper, fresh herbs, and a little pressed garlic. 4. Place a piece of pepper on the edge. Carefully roll the ham into a roll and cut it into 2–3 pieces. 5. Remove the finished bread from the skillet and spread it lightly with butter. 6. Place the ham rolls on a slice of white bread, cut side up. That’s it—the appetizer is ready to serve. You can garnish it with fresh basil or other herbs to taste. Serve with herbs and sauce.
