
Cheese and Bacon Roll-Ups
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a light appetizer that can be prepared ahead of time and reheated at the last minute, or served cold. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Put 125 g of bacon pieces in a hot dry skillet and fry until browned. Remove from the heat, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and stir.

Roll out the puff pastry. Cut into one large rectangle. Grate 125 g of cheese over the dough and sprinkle with pepper.

Place the bacon on top. Roll up the dough tightly enough to form a large roll. Seal the edge.

Brush the entire surface with egg yolk. Then place the roll in the freezer for 30 minutes, Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

After 30 minutes, remove the roll and slice it into pieces about 0.5 cm thick, then arrange them on a baking sheet, not too close together.
