Roll-ups with spicy-sweet filling
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. This time I made pork rolls with a prune and garlic filling. They can be served as an appetizer or a main course, with a side of mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or roasted vegetables. The finished dish has a very interesting flavor, with a slightly sweet taste and a mild garlic kick. Serve the appetizer at the table.
