Rinse the herbs and finely chop them.

Cut the salmon into thin matchsticks.

Spread the lavash with cheese. Place salmon and dill on top.

Roll the lavash into a roll. Place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Spread cheese on the second lavash as well. Place ham pieces and dill on top. Roll into a roll and put in the freezer.

Cut the lavash into rolls. Serve chilled.
