Description

The recipe won't take much time. We'll make cutlets from the fillet and add sautéed button mushrooms inside, although you can use any other mushrooms. We'll pour cream over everything—choose the fat percentage to your liking. The meat will absorb the creamy flavor beautifully, so I suggest avoiding garlic and spicy seasonings to keep the dish delicate. Serve hot.

    Cut the chicken fillet into portion pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and pound with a kitchen mallet. You can season the fillet with spices, salt, and pepper.
