Trout and Cottage Cheese Roll-ups
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Even young homemakers can make these rolls and impress their guests. You can buy trout at the store, but it’s better to salt it at home. To slice the fish thinly, use a thin, sharp, long knife. You can briefly freeze the trout beforehand. It’s best to use smooth, thick cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is watery, don’t add mayonnaise, or the filling may leak out. Serve with herbs and sauce.
