Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Parma ham pairs beautifully with mild, delicate cheeses, so in this recipe I decided to use fresh goat cheese. It's best to buy the ham already sliced, or ask to have it sliced on a special machine—it should be sliced very thin, otherwise it won't look as impressive. If your slice unrolls, you can secure it with a toothpick. I hope you enjoy this ham and cheese roll-up recipe.

Step 3

Now place arugula leaves on top, drizzle with the prepared oil and lemon juice mixture, and season to taste with ground black pepper.

Step 4

Roll the ham into a roll and place it seam-side down. Do the same with the remaining slices and arrange the finished rolls on a plate.
